If your Quikflip Apparel garment doesn't instantly become your favorite with regards to fabric, fit and function, send it back within 30 days* and we'll issue a full refund, or swap it out for another one, no questions asked.
For domestic orders, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. We'll walk you through the process. All you will need is the email address that you used when placing the order and by completing the warranty request form below we will process your warranty claim.
*Extended Holiday Exchanges - Shop confidently for a gift this holiday season - even if it happens to be for you! Our extended holiday exchange period gives you that extra comfort knowing that, if the size or color isn't right, it can be exchanged well after the hectic holidays have come and gone. Eligible items purchased November 1 to December 25, 2020 can be exchanged through January 15, 2021. Email us at info@quikflipapparel.ca for help if you are outside of the standard return window.
